I just devoted some not inconsiderable time to re-doing my homepage in
order to support text browser users, and also moved the HOWTO-framebuffer
to a better place, and put in place a system to ensure that noone gets
out-of-date HOWTO information again (basically it's just renaming the
HOWTO for each release and deleting the older HOWTO).

Comments to me in private, thanks. Also, I have added in support for
downloading pre-gzipped/pre-tarred files for both html and text formats.
BTW, I'm going to slip in the kgicon stuff for pre2 which should be out
either today or tomorrow.
Do I still deserve to die for having frames in the past? :o(
