Linus, please apply this documentation update which fixes the pointer to my
copies of Michael Beck's PC speaker driver, and also my address details.
I've just put a version patched against 2.1.119 on the web site referenced:

Out of interest, if this were tidied up and made to comply with the sound_core
stuff, would it be accepted into 2.3?
