Most should be present in the ftp://atrey.karlin.mff.cuni.cz/pub/local/mj/linux/patches/l-con118.gz
patch, next patch will appear in few days and it will probably get sent to Linus as well
(the only two missing things are updates of the MIPS frame buffers and mdacon).
