I occasionally need to read and write SGI-style tapes. Guess
which kernel was the last one that let me read the ridiculously
large block size that those tapes use?

david parsons \bi/ ... and I've still got several lab machines that
\/ run 1.2.13, though I don't generally kernel-swap
those machines.
