NOTE: separate from this patch is devfsd, an implementation of a
daemon that uses the new devfsd protocol to support more intelligent
configurable management of device nodes.
NOTE ALSO: you should replace your rc.devfs script with the new one
provided.
This is against 2.1.115. Highlights of this release:
- Replaced dummy .epoch inode with .devfsd character device
- Modified rc.devfs to take acount of above change
- Removed spurious driver warning messages when CONFIG_DEVFS_FS=n
- Implemented devfsd protocol revision 0
