Why doesn't my system want to shutdown after `shutdown -h'? That means,
it is able to halt the machine, but not to power it off. It worked fine
with 2.0.xx kernels - I encounterd these problems with 2.1.113, 114 and
115. I've read the note on this kernel function, it says, that there may
be some problems in a few bioses, but we don't want functionality loss
in 2.2, do we?
My system: M6TFX FX-based motherboard, Pentium II 300, RH5.1.
