i've got a pentium with 2 NE2000 clone NIC masqurading for a moderately
busy internal network without any problem for 3 months. it's running
2.0.33 unpatched. Then one day this system suddenly halts, until i
manually rebooted. i attach the related portion of /var/log/messages.
Can any one shed light on this? IP fragment hacks? hardware? what's
the easiest to make sense of these mesgs without systematically reading
the kernel source?
