console problems in 2.1.107

Hi, all:

I am normally using svgatextmode in 116x80x9 mode.
This might be an application problem but
svgatextmode is broken in 2.1.107. Some inconsistent
line sizes. It works upto 2.1.106.

Also Shift+PageUp is not working as supposed to:
scrolling up screen. This also works in 2.1.106.
