This is one of those Y2K FAQ's..... no, not officially. The math works
out assuming that time it takes for the Earth to orbit the sun stays
constant (to several decimal places) over the next few millenia, that
yes, it would make sense to add a "4000" rule. However, this is not
officially written into any of the international standards or recognized
by any of the time keeping groups at this point. Of course, we have
plenty of time to decide to add the 4000 rule. :-)
