I have also been seeing similar messages, but relating to a specific inode,
always the same one, and only when I reboot my system. They started after I
installed the 2.1.106-ac3-ac4 patch.

Forced fscks reveal nothing. I haven't been seeing any repeats of the earlier
ext2 corruption that I reported.
