I have set up shaper and used shapecfg
to configure two PCs at speed 57600.

My question is does shaper adjust itself
to the different cpu speeds. For
example, one PC is a Pentium 166Mhz and
the second is a PII 233Mhz. Does the
same speed setting on both pcs produce
the same delay?

thanks in advance,

Vince.
