I found out the only spare card was an EEXPRESS 16, IRQ 9 was set in the BIOS
to be ISA/EISA. The settings on both this and the 3c509 swapped out are IRQ 9
io=0x300, kernel 2.1.106 still fails to find the card, so it's not a driver
problem.
Either card works fine under 2.1.103.
