2.0.34 Kernel warning

Hi,

I've been intermittently seeing the following since upgrading to 2.0.34:

Warning: dev (03:10) tty->count(1) != #fd's(2) in do_tty_hangup

03:10 being ttyq0 (the 10 being 0x10 rather than 10d had me confused for
a moment), that must be something to do with my modem arrangement, which
for reasons I won't go into is as follows:

Server Machine B (Melchior) has a real modem hanging off it, and runs
a modem server ("mserver")
My machine A (Balthazar) has a tcpconn to melchior from ptyq0, and
/dev/modem -> /dev/ttyq0

No violent kernel death, obvious corruption, or similar appears to come
afterwards - just that message. Perhaps this is just my cue to sort my
network out and make melchior do masquerading properly...

System details:
Kernel 2.0.34 patched with Joystick-1.2.3, compiled with gcc 2.7.2.3
IBM (i.e. Cyrix) P200+, 48M
Matrox Millenium, WinBond NE2000 clone, 2 IDE disks and 1 ATAPI CD

More details on request.

Cheers,
-Matt.
