There is XFree86 version for NeoMagic (which works very well, except
that no acceleration), and there is pending patch into SVGATextMode
(which sometimes messes screen during suspend/resume, patch is by me
but I'm not too able to solve suspend&friends).
So there's just no need for using VESA any more...
