Kernel Oops with 2.0.34

The following Kernel Oops just happended yesterday to my machine: It
killed the softdog daemon I'm running. Of course the watchdog then
rebooted the machine.....

Can anyone shed a bit of light on these cryptic lines? By the way,
it's not _so_ uncommon to have these "Unable to handle kernel paging
request at virtual address blabla" errors. Not too often, but they
happen sometimes.
