2.0.34 ppa.h configuration fix

there's a small bug in the configuration of 2.0.34 that prevents the ppa
driver from working in the standard mode (it always work in the buggy
EPP chipset support mode).
To make the config option "buggy EPP chipset support" work as it should,
lines 18,19,20 in the file drivers/scsi/ppa.h should be removed:

#ifndef CONFIG_SCSI_PPA_HAVE_PEDANTIC
#define
CONFIG_SCSI_PPA_HAVE_PEDANTIC 3
#endif

is that correct?
