Just bought a ne2k pci, and tried to insmod it without luck

lightside:~# insmod ne2k-pci
./ne2k-pci.o: init_module: Device or resource busy

In one of my insmod attempts, I noticed that something shouldn't had
appeared, right?

lightside:~# lsmod
Module Size Used by
bsd_comp 3964 1 (autoclean)
ppp 20440 1 (autoclean) [bsd_comp]
slhc 4624 1 (autoclean) [ppp]
ne2k-pci 4824 0 (uninitialized)
