You have a hardware problem or a hardware clash of some sort. Most likely
your card is being configured to clash while win95 is picking different
addresses when it configures the cards

Is there a CDROM port on your card. What sort of ne2000 clone is it ?

Yes it would do - its scrambled itself quite well by the time you see
mismatched page pointers and the like.
