I reported last night that the new 2.0.34 aic7xxx code was not reliably
detecting my two SCSI devices (Quantum Fireball and Plextor CD-R). I've
fiddled with the CONFIG delay without success, I grabbed 5.0.18 and
patched it to 5.0.19 and now I simply am fed up. 20-30 reboots and 99% of
the time the damn thing cannot find either device and my system cannot
boot.
I've gone back to 2.0.33.
