Same here, and there was discussion about it already... But it seems
nobody smart found the problem. Please show your config - /proc/pci at
least.
BTW, I also have 3com, but it's 3c905. I have aha-2940 too, but it ain't
the problem - I had NCR before. And I have SB16. Unlike you I also have
ide0.
