IOPL/IOPERM test

Hi,

I've already sent this message, but since I didn't see
it coming back and I didn't get any response I have to
assume it got lost :(

The quick question:
How can I test whether a process has IOPERM/IOPL
permissions?
I know about the CAP_RAW_IO, which currently isn't
set when a process requests IOPERM or IOPL :(

Until then, I can't test my Out-Of-Mem patch because
it might kill my X server and make things unstable...
(even though my X server uses enough CPU to stay safe
after an hour's use...)

Rik.
