keyboard and boot hang in 2.1.99

keyboard timeouts. hangs when trying to scan the first of three scsi busses
that I have. Details available upon request.

Dual P133 SMP machine with 128 meg ram. 3 scsi cards. 2940W, 1 2940.

Still looks like a irq/apic problem.
