Note: I don't know about Dave but I have no problem with T/TCP so long as its
not on by default and when not configured in has 0 clocks of impact on the
code. Oh and someone will maintain it *)
Thats a tough thing to do, the 0 clocks of impact one ;-)
With the current code the output side of it should be pretty easy to
keep fast for the non-T/TCP case.
For input, good luck, it's a mess to get right let alone make it fast.
