Even the non-fixed drivers should work on plain PC. The changes are
required to make the driver work on non-PC architectures. It means make
it use base addresses and irq's from the pci_dev structure instead of
fetching them from the PCI config space. Also conversion from the old
pcibios_* functions to the new pci_* set is welcome.
