2.1.93: aic7xxx/sequencer.h:43: redefinition of `u_int8_t'

Compiling 2.1.93 (clean 2.1.88 patched up to 93) fails with:

In file included from aic7xxx.c:120:
aic7xxx/sequencer.h:43: redefinition of `u_int8_t'
/usr/src/kernel/linux/include/linux/types.h:75: `u_int8_t' previously declared here
make[3]: *** [aic7xxx.o] Error 1

After commenting out the lines from aic7xxx/sequencer.h it compiled
fine. Going to reboot in a few minutes.
