aic weirdness in 2.1.92

When compiling 2.1.92 I got an error saying that
u_int8_t was already defined in linux/include/linux/types.h:75
and was being re-defined in aic7xxx/sequencer.h:43

This seems to be pretty much true. I have disabled the def line
in sequencer since that variable is appears to be defined globaly in
types.h. Anyone wanna fix this?
