One last 2.1.91 note

Finally got back to a little more testing on the 486 with 16MB. Killed
everything that was not needed and compiled 2.1.92-pre1 with no problems.
There is some magic combination of RAM/total vm/memfree that sets it in
fits but since I see 2.1.92 is up, I am compiling as I compose this.

So in short, with less than 1MB free, 2.1.91 would always eventually get
stuck in kswapd. With about 8MB free, I could compile a kernel and
experiance no problems.
