And no I have no desire to get sentiment up against the XFree86 people. If
it comes across in that way at all I apologise wholeheartedly and please
extend those apologies to the BOD as a whole. I am however _very_ pissed
off at the bean counting divison of OpenGroup

If you mean free as in the existing 3.3.2 licensing then I don't think
there is anything else that could be considered unstated. I did also ask
about such a statement appearing on www.xfree86.org - that would be utterly
explicit to everyone and mean there is a referencable 'from the horses mouth'
answer.
