I applied Rik's small patch to vmscan.c + Werner's bh && patch to
fileio.c + Bill's socket patch (for good measure :).
2.1.91 is now the best yet. PPP works = no CSUM errors, swapping seems
about right.
At least it *seems* fast and not jerky.
