ftp://somewher/file.tgz with Netcscape (WinNt behind Linux Masq)
works without Problems.... (so I don't believe a 2.1.91 would crash a 2.0.* box)
WinNT doesn't grok the TCP options, therefore does not negotiate
them with us, so we don't use them after the connection is setup.
