Seg FAULT in opening ptyq/pptyq

I was having some trouble with telnet and ftp, they would stop working for
no apparent reason, I did an strace, and found out it was segfaulting when
trying to open ptyq and pptyq, which shouldnt exist, but did! They ended
up to be just plain files that contained some numbers. Perhaps there
should be a bug catcher here. ;)
