Are you SURE it is a matter of cache coherency? All CPUs 486 and
newer apply A20 already before hitting the L1 cache. More likely is
that whatever is toggling the A20 line isn't pausing long enough after
toggling it; I found when I changed SYSLINUX to do its own
protected-mode bcopy that a loop with 20 I/O operations in it appears
to be required; I found this tip on http://www.x86.org/.
