Forgetful menuconfig

Whenever I start make menuconfig it will remember the complete last
configuration and present it as default. Almost. It will forget all
the time for which CPU it was supposed to compile its code.

So even if the last compilation was done for an 80486, it will enter
386 in its default menus.

This is kernel 2.0.32.
