[2.1.90-pre1] Sound driver doesn't compile.

Hi,
In 2.1.90-pre1 three files in the drivers/sound directory still includes
linux/kerneld.h. They should include linux/kmod.h. The files are:

midibuf.c
audio.c
soundcard.c
