It seems the parameter which is needed is "mpu_io". That should be added
to whichever line is being used to install the sb.o module. Credit to
Keith Tomlin for this fix.
Ex: modprobe sb io=0x220 irq=5 dma=1 dma16=5 mpu_io=0x330
