Several months ago, I wrote a patch to Majordomo to discards duplicates
per list in a way that's rather similar to procmail's. As it's already a
feature in the development versions of 2.0, I didn't go to the trouble of
releasing it, but if the vger admins (whoever they are these days) would
like a copy...
