As another datapoint, 16-Jan-98 compiles and works under libc5, kernel
2.1.80 and .82; I personally said Y to experimental cardbus32 support
to avoid touching the code and my laptop is happy as well.
(I run a RH4.1 base and will upgrade to glibc when a 2.2-based RedHat
distribution comes out...)
