Thanks for being with us.
I'm also experiencing very slow network with kernels >= 2.1.80.
2.1.78 is fine.
On 100MBps, I was able to get 3.8MB/s straight to disk.
Now speed is only about 50KB/s. :(
If it's of any use, I'm using full-duplex port. If I don't compile my
NIC driver (de4x5) with fdx support, my speed also drops to about
50KB/s. Suspicios?!
