linux-2.1.81: umsdos filesystem does not compile

Just in case nobody is aware of this, the umsdos filesystem in
Linux 2.1.81 does not compile. With the patches that I have posted
on this list (I think I've posted them all), all other modules that
are distributed with Linux 2.1.81 compile, except for umsdos. So,
umsdos appears to be the last non-compiling module.
