Like it says, SND_DEV_DSP16 is just like /dev/dsp but returns 16 bits
per sample. Or so I believe from lightly scanning the code.
SND_DEV_AWFM is not used.
SND_DEV_SNDPROC is not used either.
I think minor #5 needs to be registered and needs a standard filename.
