Had to comment out SMP from Makefile (otherwise interrupts didn't work
correctly and boot froze).

Also, named broke on SIOCGIFCONF (I had an old version bind-4.9.3-BETA26)
(Alan is apparently looking into that).

Newer named 4.9.6.1 also still is broken with same error.
