pas16 as a module not loading in 2.1.80-2

This is the message after I do a:

insmod sound
insmod pas2 (options don't seem to matter at this point)

/lib/modules/2.1.80/misc/pas2.o: unresolved symbol pas_read

BTW: Please PLEASE don't take these reports as complaints... I'm just
trying to help you guys diag. these problems. Keep up the good work.
