This is for a SB16 PnP :

alias char-major-14 sb # sound adapter
options sb io=0x220 irq=10 dma=3 dma16=7 mpu_io=0x330
options adlib_card io=0x388 # FM synthetiser

For the moment, the adlib_card is _not_ automatically loaded because
kerneld only considers the major number of the device to load anything :(
This is being fixed. As a temporary workaround, you can force
adlib_card to load when requesting sb : artificially modify your
/lib/modules/*/modules.dep.
