Rather than CONFIG_* options, I would rather that Richard Gooch, as the
developer of devfs, be in charge of choosing the scsi device naming scheme;
and that everybody stick to whatever Richard decides.
Or: I would rather have one single, complete, adequate scheme than
CONFIG_* options to select between several different schemes.
