NFS stopped - started logging "RPC: task timed out". A kill -9 of the
rpciod reported
rpciod_killall: waiting for tasks to exit
nfs_revalidate_inode: getattr failed, error=-5
rpciod_killall: waiting for tasks to exit
rpciod_killall: waiting for tasks to exit
NFS: can't silly-delete GTK/.nfs3440d3910000000f, error=-5
rpciod_killall: waiting for tasks to exit
and it all came back to life
