I've got the same one, bought for 29,95DM (~20US$) from a cheapo retailstore.

No, it is mostly Soundblaster compatible. Use isapnp to configure it
and the normal sb driver:
sb.o io=whatever dma=whatever irq=whatever dma16=whatever

The card works fine for me under W95 and Linux. (Although I only
used the 16bit output yet.)
I however do not recommend buying it. There is no internal amplifier
and the lineout is very noisy.
