ppp-compress-{1,21,24}: add aliases to default config?

PPP is now looking for its compressors via modprobe. This is great, but
the ppp-compress-1 and -21 are not known to modprobe:

# modprobe -c|grep ppp
alias ppp0 ppp
alias ppp1 ppp
alias tty-ldisc-3 ppp

I am using the latest modutils:

# modprobe -V
modprobe (Linux modutils) 2.1.71

and kernel 2.1.76.

I looked in the ppp source and found include/ppp-comp.h. Based on
that, I have added the following lines to my /etc/conf.modules:

alias ppp-compress-21 bsd_comp
alias ppp-compress-24 ppp_deflate
alias ppp-compress-1 off # This is Predictor-1, not yet supported

And am getting a nice

Dec 27 21:09:59 localhost kernel: PPP BSD Compression module registered

instead of

Dec 27 20:10:11 localhost modprobe: can't locate module ppp-compress-21
Dec 27 20:10:11 localhost modprobe: can't locate module ppp-compress-1

I'm still getting

Dec 27 21:10:29 localhost pppd[918]: CCP: timeout sending Config-Requests

but perhaps that is a separate issue.
