loop device driver update for 2.1.76

I have updated the patch loop-kernel-10.patch from aem's loop device
driver pkg to apply clean to 2.1.76 - the patch is also available from
http://guardian.htu.tuwien.ac.at/therapy/loop/ , if you cannot wait until
the package is updated ;) - loop-crypt-10.patch doesnt need any changes
(available from ftp://fractal.mta.ca/pub/crypto/aem/)
