Aiee, killing interrupt handler (2.0.32)

After upgrade to 2.0.32, I'm getting several reports like the following afecting
several programs (sendmail, inn, sshd and others, the bovine rc5 crack client
crash in 10 seconds +/-)

This is a production system with a poor Pentium-erratum(Tm) 200 with no MMX.
Before 2.0.32 the system was a rock solid RedHat server, based on 2.0.30... :-(,
with no problems at all...

Comments, patches, upgrades, downgrades?
