Ugh messages are caused by improperly written drivers that do a
copy_xx_user with interrupts turned off. If the copy causes a page
fault, you get an ugh. Some of the serial drivers, ppp, isdn, etc. have
this problem.

What should you do? Figure out which driver is causing the problem, and
ask the maintainer to fix it. (Or fix it yourself, of course.)
